We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our group as an Inside Sales Coordinator.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work directly with our outside sales and marketing team to create proposals, prepare for customer presentations and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of Radiance’s Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, energetic self-starter that knows their way around a computer and is focused on customer service. You must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be highly organized.

You will be writing proposals and assisting the Sales and Marketing staff with customer activities such as sales presentations, conferences and events.

This role is integral to helping continue Radiance Energy on its path to success!

Responsibilities

  • Writing compelling sales proposals;
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of sales presentations;
  • Assisting with customer event planning and execution;
  • Assisting with designing and setting up Radiance’s booth at conferences;
  • Working on digital media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing team player
  • A minimum of two years of Excel experience
  • Previous experience with writing proposals in a business setting
  • Post-secondary education in a business or related field is considered an asset
  • Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills
  • Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail with a high regard for accuracy and quality
  • Market research and marketing skills are an asset
  • Focused on customer service, both to customers as well as the internal sales and marketing team

Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Pro
  • Completion of University degree or College diploma (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM use is an asset
