Atlas Sign & Awning is a Langley-based manufacturer specializing in custom signage, awnings, installation, and related services for clients across Canada and the United States.
As the company grew, poor lighting in its warehouse and manufacturing areas became a constraint on productivity, visibility, and working conditions. Radiance Energy was selected to modernize the facility’s lighting system and improve performance across both industrial and office environments.
The Challenge
The existing warehouse and manufacturing lighting did not provide adequate light levels for the work being performed, while older metal-halide and fluorescent fixtures consumed significant energy.
The facility needed a solution that would improve visibility and employee working conditions while reducing energy costs across both production and office areas.
The Solution
Radiance Energy replaced the warehouse’s metal-halide high-bay fixtures with high-efficiency LED lighting, delivering a substantial improvement in illumination while reducing energy consumption.
In the office areas, existing troffer fixtures were replaced with flat-panel LEDs to improve light quality and lower operating costs.
